Traditionally raised on Andrew and Clive Wreathall’s farm within the picturesque Romney Marshes of Kent, Appledore turkeys are reared with only the greatest care for welfare and the environment. The birds are slow-grown until they reach full maturity, before being game hung for a week to enhance flavour. The turkeys have a distinctive taste, texture and succulence, meaning that this Christmas - especially after this year - you can deliver a truly spectacular meal for you and your family.

Our geese are reared by our friends Andrew and Claire in Saffron Waldon, Essex. Their beautiful family farm continues to maintain high welfare for the geese - and Andrew and Claire’s dedication and care helps to produce a wonderful Christmas centre-piece.

Our free-range Devon ducks are reared responsibly to the highest welfare by James Coleman on his family farm. Dry-plucked and hand finished following traditional methods, the rich flavour of this duck makes a great alternative for a Christmas lunch this year.
For a smaller alternative this Christmas, why not try one of our apple-fed free-range cockerels? Grown to their full maturity, this slow growing breed of chicken is carefully selected for its ability to thrive outdoors and live a truly free-range life. Fed on a diet including wheat, maize and whole natural oats, the finished bird is simply incredible in depth of flavour and eating quality.

We take true pride in our beef - sourcing from the heart of the Ayrshire countryside. Fresh lush grass and beautiful rolling hills helps to give our hand-selected fore ribs their tenderness and succulence. Once in our fridges, we dry-age in-house for a minimum of 28 days to help enhance the already spectacular flavour.

We source all of our free-range gammons from pigs reared by the Butler family in Suffolk. Father and son farming duo carefully dry-cure the pork, before smoking over oak chips to produce a memorable Christmas ham - just like the old days.
