We have searched for the best farmers and we work closely with them to guarantee the highest quality product. We regularly visit all our suppliers, who are based in and around the Home Counties. Being a small but growing butchery means that we can work closely with these passionate farmers and have built close personal relationships.

At the heart of everything we do is good animal husbandry and welfare. Many of the rare and heritage breed animals are reared using traditional free range farming methods are exclusive to Flock and Herd. Our wild game always comes from licensed suppliers.

    Our original butcher’s shop opened in 2009 on Bellenden Road in the heart of Peckham. Here we offer a fantastic selection of meat, wine, craft beer and hot sauces alongside a lovelingly curated selection of other food stuffs and groceries. The Peckham shop is where it all began and many of our customers have been shopping with us since day one

    Opened in 2020 we really wanted to push the envelope of what a butcher could do. With an amazing deli including cheese and charcuterie as well as wine, beer and a much larger selection of grocery products our shop in the centre of Beckenham high street is a one stop shop for the best food and produce for the entire community.
